The Facts

As many of us have discovered (some the hard way), we live in a society where anyone has the freedom to accuse, lie, claim,  provide fraudulent documentation, & basically say or post anything they choose whether it be true or not to justify their own agenda or narrative via mediums such as: social media, news outlets, in court proceedings with documents under oath & under penalty of perjury (which also become public record), to law enforcement agencies & basically to the world with little to no consequences for the accuser or victimizer. Those accusations & fabrications can have an accumulated disastrous effect on the victims life & even their families lives such as public humiliation, wrongful judgment, depression, fear, loss of livelihood,  loss of custody or family contact & support, destroyed relationships, loss of human and/or civil rights, incarceration, assault, death & even suicide.

These lies, allegations, mistruths, & suspicions can come in many forms such as:

  • Sexual assaults i.e. harassment, rape, groping, aggressive behavior

  • Infidelity

  • Child endangerment, abuse, molestation or pornography

  • Physical, Mental and/or Verbal abuse

  • Fraud, theft and dishonesty

  • Guilt by association

  • Claims of crimes committed, intention and involvement

Society ignorantly assumes that many things we read & see via news reports, magazines, court proceedings, social media, TV & radio outlets “Must be true” and therefore are quick to judge & condemn in the court of public opinion. The information is usually one sided & the accused is left with no possible forum or outlet to respond & publicly defend themselves & many times sadly these “lies” can follow them for the rest of their lives.

Many perceive that because one is accused of a wrong doing or charged with a crime that one must be guilty & that is a very false perception. Many are ‘conditioned’ to believe that if they go to the ‘courts’ that they will get a fair trial or remedy. Most are unaware that the legal system is not designed to prove us innocent. In fact it is quite the opposite. It is based on judgment not justice & obtaining convictions at all costs. There are overzealous & corrupt prosecutors who solely have victory & self serving interests in mind disregarding any & all facts with no account of the many lives they destroy not only for the one charged but their families as well. Many indictments are clouded with such vague yet powerful terms such as “Conspiracy, ghost dope, relevant conduct, intent to intent” just to name a few of the many “charges” used to incarcerate & ultimately deny one their freedom. If you wonder why the FEDS have a 99.8% conviction rate, next time you hear of someone being prosecuted, take heed. Here are a few examples of actual case law that is well hidden from the public:

Prosecutor may knowingly file charges against innocent persons for a crime that never occurred…
-Tenth Circuit Federal Court of Appeal in Norton v. Liddell, 620 F.2d 1375 (1980)

Prosecutor may knowingly use false testimony and suppress evidence…
-United States Supreme Court in Imbler v. Pacchtman, 424 U.S. 409 ( 1976)

Prosecutor may file charges without any investigation…
-Eight Circuit Federal Court of Appeal in Myers v. Morris, 810 F.2d 1337 (1986)

Prosecutor may violate civil rights in initiating prosecution and presenting case…
-United States Supreme Court in Imbler v. Pachtman, 424 U.S. 409 (1976)

"This is a court of law, young man, NOT a court of justice".
-Deceased US Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr.

"Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere".
-Martin Luther King Jr.

Furthermore, we are now just finding out about mammoth nationwide system cover-ups where potentially over 32,000 drug defendants between 2003 and 2012 were wrongfully convicted by falsified drug tests and contaminated crime labs. (Rolling Stone Jan 10, 2018 Ivan Solotaroff)

Every day more and more stories are emerging about Bad DNA tests, mistakes in forensic evidence, false convictions, perjured witness testimonies, corrupt judges and prosecutors and the list goes on and on. Could it or did it happen to a loved one or even worse, ever thought about what if it happened to you?

“The system isn’t set up to discover innocence or guilt-it’s designed to get people through the system as quickly & efficiently as possible”

“Our broken judicial prison system is designed basically to receive not release”
- Charles J. Jones
